LABARINA - NO! I CANT!
"Today, I want to talk about the power of our words and how we can improve our communication. I believe there are better ways to say "no" or "I can't", especially when the request is polite. In fact, I recently watched a video on customer service where the instructor taught that when a customer offers a lower price, we shouldn't immediately say "no". Instead, we should try to sell the value beyond the price, helping the customer understand the importance and worth of what we're offering.
This approach resonated with me, and I even tried it in a business transaction today. It made me realize that there are often more polite and constructive ways to communicate. I learned that we can say "no" without directly rejecting someone. We can say "I can't" without closing the door to other possibilities.
I believe we can all learn to communicate better, to say "no" in a way that is respectful and considerate of others. May God help us all in our communication, in Jesus' name. I pray that we can be mindful of our words and their impact on others, and that we can always find ways to communicate with love, kindness, and respect."
