"Today was a busy day. I turned down a survey for a meeting I had previously attended and was prepared for. I was repeatedly called 'DJ', which was the role I was playing, but I didn't like the name. I saw it as worldly and beneath me, but I realize now that my dislike was due to my upbringing and preconceived notions. I'm recognizing and challenging my own biases and thoughts, and examining why I feel a certain way about things. I'm considering whether my beliefs are based on facts or societal influences."
