Speaking with an older friend about someone who works for me…

“Is he good?”, he asked. 

“Yes, he is”. I replied. “But he has to improve on his craft because I may outgrow him and look for someone else. So, the best thing for him to do is that, as I grow, he should also grow because every stage comes with its own demands”. 

It will not be wrong of me if I drop him as I experience growth because he refused to grow as my new audience will not permit mediocrity, so, I’ll have to work with someone on the same level as me or higher because that is what my current stage may require. 

“Making growth is necessary, else you will be left behind thinking it's witchcraft”.
