SPIRIT OF LEADERSHIP
I heard a story about a young man who was instructed by his boss to write down all the things he felt were giving him challenges in life or has stopped him from making progress. While going through the long list the young man wrote, the boss looked impressed but changed his countenance at the end. He turned to the young man and said, ‘Something is missing here and that is the most important thing’. ‘What is it, sir?’ The young man asked, looking a little confused 😕. I can't find YOU on this list, the boss replied.
