Because they didn't complain doesn't mean that your mouth is not smelling when you know it is. 

Something happened in church this morning. I removed my shoes and the smell that followed was not pleasant, so I looked around but no one seemed to complain, so I was felt perhaps it wasn’t that bad. On second thought, although I'm hyperosmia, I also know that after I detect a smell I barely tell the person involved, I just stay away from them and probably attest to the issue when brought up by another person. May The Lord give you understanding.
