LABARINA - BRUSH TWICE DAILY

Taking my bath twice daily has already become a habit. Circumstances actually aided that; the hot weather before now forced me to adjust to that, and now it has become a part of me. But brushing my teeth twice daily is an issue. It's something I want to do but I find myself unable to, and it's a challenge to my health goals. No b sey toothpaste no dey oo 🙃
