What if he was blind? 🦯

 A game was played yesterday called the couple's game, where the husband was blindfolded and the wife had to lead him through a created path. It was a game of trust. Two couples were selected, and I learned a lot from this exercise. The first couple's wife was poor at giving directions, expecting her blindfolded husband to somehow know what to do. This taught me that a leader shouldn't only see things from their own perspective, as most followers are 'blindfolded' and need clear guidance. Additionally, before someone trusts you to lead them, they have faith in your ability to guide them. If they don't follow your instructions, it may be because you didn't lead them correctly. I'll share my insights from the second couple's experience in my next Labarina.
