While observing others' eating habits, I realized that my own fasting gave me a clearer perspective. I chose not to judge, acknowledging that if I weren't fasting, I might be indulging too. It's essential to recognize the fine line between enjoying food and succumbing to gluttony and greed - a mindset where we prioritize our own desires, disregarding others' well-being. Let's be aware of the 'Esaus in disguise' among us.
