"Today, I visited two banks, Zenith Bank and UBA. At UBA, I was surprised to see a long queue, but while waiting, I observed the bank's customer service. They attended to their customers, especially market women, with care and dedication. I realized that good customer service is a key factor in attracting and retaining customers. It seems to be a major reason why UBA has a large customer base. I learned that providing excellent customer service can lead to positive word-of-mouth and customer loyalty, as one satisfied customer can bring in ten new customers."
