"While waiting in the queue at UBA bank today, I observed that some individuals were bypassing the line and not following the proper order. Despite the presence of security personnel, the issue was not adequately addressed until a woman spoke up and brought attention to it. This experience led me to reflect on the challenges of making Nigeria a better place. I realized that one of the significant obstacles is the lack of accountability and the tendency for people to get discouraged when they see others doing the wrong thing and getting away with it. However, I believe that change is possible if we stay committed to doing the right thing and promote a culture of integrity and accountability. It's a collective effort that requires patience, but ultimately, it's worth it."
