"A Recent Experience

Not long ago, I attended a youth convention and had a revealing experience in the camp bathroom. While taking a bath, I noticed how harmful negative thoughts and wrong energy can be. I started dwelling on a past offense from someone and began speaking negatively about them. Before I knew it, I was engaged in a verbal altercation, and my emotions escalated to the point where I slipped and fell on the slippery tiles.

It was a wake-up call, as I realized that entertaining evil thoughts had allowed the devil to have his way. Thankfully, it wasn't worse, and I didn't suffer any severe injuries. But the experience taught me a valuable lesson: when evil thoughts come to our minds, we must quickly reject them and not entertain them.

Let this be a reminder to us all: negative thoughts can lead to harmful actions and consequences. May God bless us with the wisdom to recognize and rebuke evil thoughts, and may we always choose to focus on whatsoever things are pure, good, and have a good report (Philippians 4:8).
