LABARINA - 3Ls

"As I reflect on the current situation and what I'm fighting for, I've come to realize that three key ingredients are essential for effective leadership and structure:

1. *Accountability*: When a system is in place, accountability drives responsibility. By holding individuals accountable for their actions, they are more likely to take responsibility seriously and own up to their mistakes.

2. *Responsibility*: As individuals take ownership of their actions, they become more responsible. This leads to a sense of necessity, where they feel compelled to act responsibly and make a positive impact.

3. *Compassion*: With accountability and responsibility in place, compassion can flourish. Compassion is the final ingredient that completes the leadership structure, allowing leaders to understand and empathize with others.

I firmly believe that these three elements are crucial in achieving effective leadership and positive change. By prioritizing accountability, encouraging responsibility, and fostering compassion, we can create a system that truly makes a difference.
