LABARINA - SOLOMON SAID THE TRUTH
LABARINA - SOLOMON SAID THR TRUTH
"When I first read Solomon's words 'vanity upon vanity, all is vanity,' I didn't fully understand. But as I've gone through life, it's started to make more sense. Right now, I'm feeling hungry and famished, and I'm looking forward to an upcoming program. I've been thinking about what to do and ideas are running through my mind.
"I remember telling a friend that no one should steal food to eat because the disgrace that comes with it isn't worth it. When we're hungry, we might feel like we need food desperately, but once we eat, the satisfaction is short-lived. We might even suffer consequences for getting food the wrong way.
"This reminds me of how our desires work in life. What we crave today might be gone tomorrow, and what we have today might not be enough tomorrow. That's why Solomon said 'vanity upon vanity, all is vanity.' He tested everything and realized that our desires and pleasures are fleeting and unsatisfying.
"I think this is what life is all about - constantly yearning for more, but never finding lasting satisfaction. That's why it's important to focus on what truly matters and not get caught up in our temporary desires."
