LABARINA : COMPLIMENT OF THE SEASON

LABARINA : COMPLIMENT OF THE SEASON

I wanted to talk to you about something that's been on my mind. I've realized that I'm not very good at giving compliments. When I do try to compliment someone, it often feels forced or insincere. I've come to understand that my compliments are usually motivated by a desire to make the other person feel good, rather than being genuine expressions of praise.

To be honest, I've always felt uncomfortable with giving compliments that don't ring true. I hate the feeling of telling lies, and it weighs on my conscience. As a result, I've mostly avoided giving compliments altogether.

I know that compliments can be uplifting and much-needed, but I don't want to contribute to someone feeling overly proud or inflated. I'd rather be honest and authentic in my interactions, even if it means not giving compliments.
