Recently, I tried to help my mom update her phone. To make room for the new updates, we needed to delete some less important apps, including games like Candy Crush and Ludo. However, my mom was hesitant to let them go because they brought her amusement.

This experience taught me a valuable lesson that applies to life in general. Sometimes, to upgrade or update our lives, we need to let go of things that are holding us back or distracting us, even if they bring us temporary amusement or pleasure.

This can be challenging, but it's essential for growth and progress. We must be willing to make sacrifices and let go of non-essential things to improve our lives.

So, let's reflect on what's holding us back. What distractions or amusements are preventing us from reaching our full potential? Let's be brave enough to let them go and make room for the updates and upgrades that will take us to the next level."
