LABARINA - WHOSE FAULT?

"I watched a video yesterday that showed a surprising scene. A reporter was present, microphone in hand, as a man kissed another person. After the kiss, the reporter asked for their names. The first person said his name was Fred, and the second person said his name was Nelson.

However, when the reporter asked Nelson to confirm his name again, Fred became furious, apparently realizing he had been deceived. He attempted to hit the reporter, who quickly retreated and asked Nelson to confirm his name once more.

The scene ended with the reporter fleeing the scene, and Fred chasing after him. The question is, whose fault was this incident? Was it the reporter's fault for deceiving Fred, or was it Fred's fault for being too trusting and naive?"
