WORK AND FAMILY
He's consumed by work, striving to make ends meet. His mind is preoccupied with providing for the children - feeding them, putting food on the table, ensuring they attend the best school, and taking care of his wife. Meanwhile, she misses him dearly. When he finally comes home late at night, exhausted, she tries to hold on to him, but he barely has time for her. One morning, he notices her frowning and asks if everything is okay, wondering if she needs money. To his surprise, she tells him she needs him, not money. He promises to make it up to her with a quick peck on the cheek before rushing out the door.
The truth is, he doesn't trust his salesperson after being scammed out of a significant amount of money, which severely impacted their financial stability. She's aware of the situation, but as the days turn into weeks, and the weeks into months, his promises remain unfulfilled. Two months have passed, and he's yet to follow through on his commitment.
