HUMILITY AND GUIDANCE
RHODA: (with disdain) Those children are wandering aimlessly, without direction or purpose. They're like lost causes.
DADDY: (gently but firmly) Rhoda, just because you have some understanding doesn't give you the right to judge them harshly. Remember, you were once lost yourself until you found Jesus. (with a hint of sadness) You know what it's like to be in their shoes.
RHODA: (looking down, remorsefully) I apologize. I forgot myself.
DADDY: (with compassion) You should be sorry, and you should also be praying for them. (shaking head) The problem with some individuals is that they claim to know the way but are actually blind to the truth. And they refuse to let someone with genuine insight guide them correctly. (sighs) It's a sad state of affairs.
The moral lesson in summary is:
"Don't judge others harshly, especially when you've been in their shoes. Remember your own journey and struggles, and show compassion and understanding towards others. Also, be humble and recognize when you need guidance, and be willing to accept help from others."
