LABARINA - BABY ADULT
LABARINA
"Most of us want to be spoon-fed with baby food, all in the name of pampering, even when we're not sick. I refuse to coddle full-grown adults who act like babies, competing with newborns for breast milk. It's shameful! As the Bible says, "Grow up in your salvation, now that you have tasted the goodness of the Lord." (1 Peter 2:3) We should be craving more than just milk, but "strong meat" (Hebrews 5:12-14) to nourish our spiritual growth. Yet, some people still want to be treated like "newborn babes" (1 Peter 2:2), relying on others for everything. When will you take responsibility and grow up, feeding others instead of relying on them? Some people have been leaning on others for years, claiming to be like John, the beloved disciple, who rested on Jesus' chest (John 13:23). But the Bible also says Jesus wept - and rightly so! "Jesus wept." (John 11:35) Have you asked yourself why Jesus wept? Even if your excuses ease your conscience, did He continue weeping without taking action? Remember, "Faith without works is dead." (James 2:26) It's time to stop making silly excuses for laziness and irresponsibility! "Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up." (Galatians 6:9)"
