"This morning, I was on my way to grab breakfast when I ran into someone I hadn't seen in a year or two. I was taken aback, shocked even! The person had grown so much, and I couldn't believe how fast they'd shot up. I thought to myself, 'Wow, how did this happen? They've skyrocketed!' I was genuinely surprised, but then I reflected on my reaction. I realized I had been expecting this person to, well, not grow as much. But why? The young shall always grow, right? It's a natural part of life!
"I came to a personal conclusion: growth is necessary for life. We shouldn't be surprised when people grow and progress. In fact, if we are surprised, it might mean we're enemies of progress! We should be happy for others' growth, whether physical, personal, or professional. Even in the business world, people can start below us but rise above. We should celebrate their success, not be envious or surprised. Growth is a constant, and it's essential to embrace it."
